Spencer is currently a Deputy Head with responsibility for behaviour and progress in Key Stage 3 and 4. Spencer also develops trains and leads new Data systems in order to better track student progress, key groups and reporting to stakeholders. He has led the Key Stage 4 Team for a number of years and has seen attainment and achievement steadily improve under his leadership. New Data Tracking system are implemented across all key stages allowing all staff to be trained and easily access for better use and impact on the students education. Spencer gained SLE Accreditation in January 2000.

Recent deployment/outreach work:
Spencer has supported both Bromley and Kent schools in developing Data Tracking systems so all staff are able to use these systems effectively in order to have the most impact on student development.
