New & Aspiring Headteachers - Managing Challenging Conversations
For recently appointed or aspiring head teachers.
This workshop is aimed at newly appointed head teachers or those aspiring to be a head teacher to develop strategies in managing challenging conversations and leading the process to an effective outcome.
It is part and parcel of a school leader’s job that he or she will at some point face a difficult conversation with an employee where attendance, performance or behaviour has fallen below acceptable standards.
Whatever the case, these conversations never stop being difficult, however this workshop will help leaders develop some strategies for making them easier.
This interactive workshop will provide attendees with the tools, techniques and best practice for managing challenging conversations.
This workshop is free to attend for TKAT employees
Limited Parking available at The Atkins Centre
The People and HR Team would also be happy to deliver in-house sessions for individual teams or for a cluster of TKAT schools, and if you cannot find what you are looking for, we can also provide tailored sessions on HR topics of your choice.
